Roasted Turnips

ROASTED TURNIPS
Preheat oven to 450°
Slice turnips to half inch pieces
Toss in coconut oil and balsamic vinegar
Add one tsp. Of thyme
Season with salt and pepper

Roast in a cast iron pan or non stick pan of your choice for 25 minutes, turn your turnips and roast another 5-10 minutes.

Finish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
