Are there membership fees?
Not for 2023.
To help us with our overhead costs of the online market, we will likely require a membership fee after this season ends. This also helps us determine community interest levels so we do not add too many members based on product availability.
If you are a regular customer this year, you will be locked in and will not need to pay a membership fee next season.
There are no other fees or taxes added to your weekly orders; what you see is the actual price point.
How do I order?
Each Wednesday, a list of available products is sent to all of our registered customers by e-mail. This is the best day to check the site for product availability, as item quantities are often limited. Customers must place their order for the week no later than Friday at 10:00 p.m. Orders can be placed here on our website. Ordering through this web site is our preferred method as it is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes us to process orders as well as provide you with detailed information about our products.
When do I pay?
We accept cash, local check, or credit card (with a 3%fee added to your total to offset card fees) when you pick up your order. Because we may have to adjust your total then (to account for unannounced items you decide to purchase or items that were unexpectedly unavailable), we do not accept advance payment on the website.
When and Where do I pick up my order?
From * 5pm-7pm on Friday or 9am-11am on Saturday*, customers can pick-up their produce at 2599 Saint Luke Road, Woodstock, VA

How can I sell through this market?
If you’ve already created a customer account here, simply go to Our Growers and click on ‘If you would like to sell through this market, please tell us about yourself (we are currently only accepting producers who meet sustainable and organic practices) and a market manager will contact you.’. This will add you to our system and our market managers will contact you with the next step. We do charge a one-time-only fee of $25 (which we can deduct from your sales) as well as 3% of your overall sales.
